Sarah Pybus is a seasoned strategist, political expert, and nonprofit leader with nearly a decade of experience in political campaigns, voter engagement, and organizational management. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Juris Doctor (J.D.), equipping her with a deep understanding of policy, advocacy, and legal frameworks that shape the political, corporate, and nonprofit landscape.

A Fulbright Scholar, Sarah conducted research in Kosovo after law school, further expanding her expertise in governance, democracy, and international policy. Her commitment to civic engagement and grassroots organizing began in her freshman year of college, and since then, she has worked across nearly every facet of political campaigns—from field operations and voter protection to digital strategy and operational management.

With extensive experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project management, Sarah has successfully led initiatives that increased voter turnout, strengthened nonprofit operations, and mobilized communities for impact. She has managed multi-million-dollar projects and programs, hired, trained and led diverse teams, and developed strategic frameworks that drive success.
